You are the manager of your tables and guests. You take orders, serve with precision, and make every guest feel genuinely looked after. You are the face and name your guests will remember.

EXPERIENCE

• No prior experience required: personality, energy, and genuine warmth matter most.

• English is a must. French or another European language, even better.

IMPACTS

Guest Experience: You create memorable moments from the first hello to the last goodbye - warm, professional, and always making guests feel like they’re exactly where they should be.

Product Knowledge: You know the menu inside out - ingredients, preparation, pairings - and share that knowledge naturally. Confident in recommending, upselling, and surprising guests with the right suggestion at the right moment.

Guest Profiling: You read the table, adapt to the mood and pace, and remember what matters: preferences, habits, the little details that make a guest feel genuinely known. You record them so nothing is lost.

Communication: Clear with the kitchen, attentive with guests, and in sync with the team. Small issues you handle yourself - bigger ones go straight to your manager, without delay.
