The Role
As a Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering attentive and seamless service throughout the guest journey. You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency while maintaining LPM’s high service standards.

Experience & Attitude
Experience:
Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage; however, attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are highly valued. French or another European language in addition to English is considered an advantage.

You are able to learn and confidently explain the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing recommendations.

You are comfortable recommending daily specials and premium options when appropriate.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills are essential; multilingual abilities are considered an asset.
Attention to Detail & Efficiency
Order Accuracy:
You take orders accurately and ensure all guest preferences are clearly communicated to the kitchen.
Presentation:
You maintain impeccable table settings and ensure the dining area remains polished and professional.
Time Management:
You manage multiple tables efficiently during peak service hours while maintaining composure and service quality.
What We Offer
Compensation
Basic Salary: 4,000 AED per month
Housing & Transportation Allowance: 2,400 AED per month
