Your Role:

As a Sommelier Supervisor, you will:

• Curate and manage our extensive wine list, with a focus on French and Italian wines. 🍇
• Guide guests in selecting the perfect wines and beverages to complement their meal preferences, creating memorable dining experiences.
• Train and supervise junior sommeliers and wine service staff, ensuring exceptional standards.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop perfect wine and food pairings.
• Maintain proper wine storage, presentation, and service standards.
• Stay ahead of wine trends, vintages, and industry developments.
• Lead regular staff training sessions to elevate team knowledge and performance.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Sommelier Supervisor in a high-end restaurant or luxury dining setting.
• Deep expertise in French, Italian, and international wines, with recognized certifications such as WSET(preferred). 🍷
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and inspire team members.
• Leadership abilities to mentor and guide junior sommeliers and staff.
• Impeccable service standards and a passion for delivering extraordinary experiences.
• A dynamic mindset, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in French or Italian language (a plus).
