Your Role:


  • Execute exceptional wine service, guiding guests in selecting the most suitable wine to complement their meals. 🍷✨
  • Propose wine and food pairings to enhance the dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the sommelier team to develop and maintain the wine list.
  • Deliver the best LPM experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, maintaining high service standards.
  • Share your extensive wine knowledge with the FOH team and contribute to their development.


What You Need:


  • WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification. 🎓
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Sommelier.
  • Strong knowledge of wines, food pairings, and wine service techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). 🗣️
  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy with strong selling and guest service skills.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
