Your Role:

Execute exceptional wine service, guiding guests in selecting the most suitable wine to complement their meals. 🍷✨

Propose wine and food pairings to enhance the dining experience.

Collaborate with the sommelier team to develop and maintain the wine list.

Deliver the best LPM experience from the moment guests arrive until their departure, maintaining high service standards.

Share your extensive wine knowledge with the FOH team and contribute to their development.
What You Need:

WSET Level 2 or equivalent certification. 🎓

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Junior Sommelier.

Strong knowledge of wines, food pairings, and wine service techniques.

Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). 🗣️

Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy with strong selling and guest service skills.

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
