The Role

As Senior Bartender, you set the standard behind the bar. You make great drinks quickly and consistently, look after the guests in front of you, and support the junior bar team through service.

What you'll do

• Prepare cocktails and drinks to recipe and standard

• Look after guests at the bar

• Support and guide the junior bar team

• Manage bar setup, stock and presentation

• Keep the bar clean and well organised

• Handle transactions accurately

What you need

• Bartending experience in a good bar or restaurant

• Strong cocktail and spirits knowledge

• Warm and confident with guests

• Fast and consistent when it is busy

• Fluent English
