We are looking for a Senior Barista to own that.

Your Role

Coffee is at the heart of Le Café LPM from the moment we open. You own the quality, the consistency, and the experience it creates for every guest who walks in.

Your Profile
2-3 years of experience as a barista in a quality-focused, high-volume environment.

Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brew methods, and coffee origins.

English is a must. French or another language, even better.

Your Impacts

Craft & Coffee Knowledge: Beans, origins, brew methods, milk texture - you know your craft inside out and deliver it to the same standard, every cup, every service.

Efficiency & Standards: You move fast during peak service without cutting corners. You keep the coffee station clean, stocked, and compliant at all times.

Guest Interaction: You engage naturally, share your passion for coffee without lecturing, and make every guest feel like they made the right choice.

Team Cohesion & Spirit: You work in sync with the bar, the floor, and the kitchen. Always communicating, always supporting, always adding to the energy of the shift.
