Runner

We are currently looking for a proactive and reliable Runner to join our team at Le Café LPM.

As an essential support role within the front-of-house operation, you will contribute directly to the efficiency of service and the overall guest experience. We are seeking someone energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing in a fast-paced environment.

The Role

As our Runner, you will ensure the swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages while supporting the service team throughout each shift. Your role is key in maintaining smooth coordination between the kitchen and floor teams.

Your Profile

Experience & Mindset

• Previous experience in hospitality or a guest-facing environment is considered an advantage.

• A dynamic, energetic, and team-oriented personality is highly valued.

• French or another European language in addition to English is considered a plus.

Service Support & Efficiency

• You provide swift and accurate delivery of food and beverages from the kitchen and bar to guests.

• You assist the front-of-house team and management in maintaining a smooth and organised service flow.

• You support waiters by resetting tables, maintaining service stations, and replenishing cutlery, crockery, and glassware.

Guest Experience & Communication

• You interact with guests courteously, contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere.

• You maintain clear communication between kitchen and floor teams to ensure seamless service execution.

• You anticipate guest needs and proactively assist colleagues to help create a pleasant and memorable dining experience.

Cleanliness & Attention to Detail

• You maintain immaculate cleanliness across service areas, adhering to hygiene, safety, and company standards.

• You ensure stations, trays, and back-of-house areas remain organised and fully stocked.

• You reset tables promptly and ensure dining areas consistently meet brand presentation standards.

What We Offer

Compensation

Basic Salary: 3,000 AED per month
Housing & Transportation Allowance: 1,800 AED per month
