Act as a mentor and point of reference for your team, helping them grow while ensuring excellent guest service.
Maintain deep knowledge of LPM food and beverage offerings; ensure the team is well-informed to meet guest needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to maintain a sharp hospitality perspective.
Monitor guest satisfaction and cover performance; suggest improvements and innovative ideas.
Oversee smooth daily operations, supporting the GM and AGM with strong communication across all departments.
Ensure your department contributes effectively to business targets and KPI achievements.
Ensure every guest receives the full LPM experience from arrival to departure; lead your team to do the same.
Visit each table, recognizing regulars and guiding first-time guests through signature dishes and drinks.
Lead daily floor operations, supporting GM and AGM while ensuring clear communication with BOH and admin teams.
Support HR in recruiting junior floor positions, ensuring headcount aligns with the budget.
Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 4 year)
Previous experience in a similar position (min 4 year)
English β excellent oral and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
Guest service skills (complaints handling, guest relations)
Administrative, back office handling and cash-handling.
Analysis and reporting competencies.
