What will you do:
- As the first point of contact for the guest entering the restaurant, you have the responsibility to represent the restaurant's image to them.
- Handle multiple tasks simultaneously—calls, guest greetings, inquiries, and admin duties—while staying professional and friendly.
- To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
- Communicate clearly and warmly, both in person and over the phone, while actively listening to guests needs.
- Respond to all inquiries with clarity, friendliness, and professionalism.
- Manage the reservation system accurately—handling bookings, checking availability, and updating guest profiles for personalized service.
What you need:
- 1-2 years’ experience in hospitality in a similar role as hostess/events/cabin crew (airlines).
- Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the local hospitality scene.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- English – fluent oral and written.
- Familiarity with the reservation system 7Rooms.
