Your Role

As a Receptionist / Reservationist, you will:

• Be the face of LPM, warmly welcoming all guests and ensuring a smooth and personalized experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage reservations efficiently, including processing bookings, modifications, and cancellations in line with LPM procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Assist in multi-tasking responsibilities, such as managing phone calls, administrative tasks, and guest interactions.
• Maintain exceptional standards of service to represent the restaurant’s image at every touchpoint.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and cohesive work environment.

What You Need

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of hospitality experience in a similar role.
• Strong skills in:
• • Communication and listening (both face-to-face and over the phone). 🗣️
  • Organizational and time management.
  • Familiarity with reservation systems and handling SOPs.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written).
• A genuine guest-first attitude with attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
