What will you do:
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with LPM standards, building strong relationships with both new and regular guests.
- Mentor and support your team, fostering their growth and ensuring service excellence.
- Ensure high-level guest recognition, maintaining an accurate and updated VIP list.
- Manage and optimize the reservation system, ensuring guest profiles are complete and accurate.
- Collaborate with GM, AGM, and HODs to ensure smooth daily operations and achievement of KPIs.
- Contribute to booking strategies and provide accurate monthly performance reports.
- Troubleshoot reservation system issues and use reporting tools to enhance efficiency.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
What you need:
- 3-5 years in the same role in a similar restaurant, managing a team of minimum 8 people.
- Experience in the hospitality industry and familiarity with the local hospitality scene
- English – excellent oral and written
- Guest service skills (complaints handling, guest relations)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with the reservation system 7Rooms
