At La Petite Maison (LPM), we are recognised for our commitment to quality, consistency, and exceptional guest experiences. For the upcoming Mykonos season, we are seeking a highly organised and commercially driven Purchasing Officer to support our operations.
As a Purchasing Officer (Seasonal), you will ensure a seamless supply chain by sourcing high-quality products, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting efficient day-to-day operations.
Ordering & Inventory Management
Place purchase orders and ensure timely stock availability
Maintain accurate inventory records and oversee warehouse organisation
Monitor stock levels and support effective cost control
Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation
Identify and evaluate suppliers based on operational requirements
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while maintaining quality standards
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships
Logistics & Financial Coordination
Monitor delivery schedules and resolve supply issues proactively
Work closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payments
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and controls
Experience & Technical Skills
Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain, ideally within hospitality
Knowledge of Restaurant Material Control systems is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Excel and confidence managing inventory data
Personal Attributes
Strong negotiation and commercial skills
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Effective communication and ability to collaborate across teams
Fluent in English; Greek is a plus
