Purchasing Officer

📌 Your Role

As a Purchasing Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless supply chain, sourcing the best ingredients and products while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

📦 Ordering & Inventory Management

• Place purchase orders and ensure timely stock availability.

• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and warehouse organization.
  

🔍 Supplier Sourcing & Negotiation

• Identify and evaluate suppliers based on operational needs.

• Negotiate competitive pricing and terms while ensuring quality standards.
  

🚚 Logistics & Accounting Coordination

• Monitor supplier delivery schedules and proactively resolve any delays.

• Work closely with the accounting team to facilitate smooth transactions and payments.

🎯 What You’ll Need

📌 Experience & Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Restaurant Material Control systems is a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ability to manage inventory data efficiently.
  

📌 Soft Skills

• Strong negotiation skills, ensuring cost-effective procurement.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
