What will you do:
- Prepare mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service in our kitchen.
- Assist the Pastry Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes to LPMβs exceptional standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards.
- Continuously develop your culinary skills and share knowledge with the team.
What You Need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.
- Basic knife skills and recipe knowledge.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for cooking.
