What will you do:

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing signature pastry recipes and overseeing production.

  • Train and guide the pastry team, ensuring precision in techniques and adherence to quality standards.

  • Manage inventory levels and assist with ingredient procurement and stock control.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pastry kitchen, complying with food safety protocols.

  • Bring creative ideas for seasonal pastry offerings, keeping the menu fresh and exciting.

  • Adapt to the fast-paced, dynamic nature of a high-performing kitchen.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie specializing in pastry, ideally in fine dining or upscale establishments.

  • A culinary degree or relevant certification in pastry arts (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of Mediterranean pastry cuisine and techniques.

  • A flair for creativity and an eye for detail in pastry presentation.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and inspire a team.

  • A team-player mentality with a commitment to fostering a positive kitchen culture.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
