The Role

As Outlet Manager, you run your part of our new beachfront restaurant. You lead the team on the floor, own the guest experience, and keep service, standards and results moving in the right direction.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations in your outlet

• Lead, train and motivate the team

• Own the guest experience from arrival to farewell

• Support revenue, covers and cost control

• Handle feedback and escalations

• Keep LPM standards and safety in place

What you need

• Management experience in a premium restaurant or luxury hospitality

• Strong leadership and people skills

• A commercial eye on covers and costs

• Calm, warm and hands on

• Fluent English
