The Role

As Mixologist, you make the drinks people remember. You work the bar with speed and precision, look after guests sitting in front of you, and help bring the cocktail list to life.

What you'll do

• Prepare cocktails and drinks to recipe and standard

• Look after guests at the bar

• Help develop new drinks and seasonal specials

• Keep the bar clean, stocked and well presented

• Support and train junior bar team members

• Work closely with the floor team during service

What you need

• Solid cocktail experience in a good bar or restaurant

• Creative and precise with drinks

• Warm and confident with guests

• Fast and organised when it is busy

• Fluent English
