ROLE
You make things happen. From content shoots to community management, from in-café activations to daily social, this is a field role as much as a desk job. You bring Le Café LPM to life everywhere it shows up.
EXPERIENCE
· Minimum 3 years of marketing experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
· Experience in content creation, digital campaigns, and social media management.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, people-facing environment.
· English written and spoken is a must. French or another European language, even better.
IMPACTS
Execution & Market Awareness: You execute marketing plans on the ground - staying close to what’s happening in the market and bringing relevant ideas back to the team.
Content Creation & Creativity: You brief, create, and coordinate content that feels true to who we are: visually refined, on tone, and always surprising in the best way.
Social Media & Community: You manage our platforms day-to-day by scheduling, engaging, and building a community that genuinely connects with the Le Café LPM spirit.
Events & Activations: You help organise and execute in-café events, campaigns, and activations on the ground, with the team, always on brand.
Collaboration & Budget Compliance: You work seamlessly with operations, creative, and external partners. You keep campaigns on brand, on time, and within budget.
