Maintenance Specialist (Le Café LPM)

Dubai opens soon and other locations are already in development. We are looking for the person who will help build the brand from the ground up and grow with us as we expand.

What this role is

You maintain and repair every corner of Le Café LPM. You ensure the space stays safe, functional, and always presented to brand standards.

As we grow, you grow with us. This role has real scope.

What we are looking for

· 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance or facilities, ideally within hospitality, retail, or premium F&B environments.

· Strong technical capability across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs and problem solving.

· Familiar with Dubai safety regulations and maintenance compliance requirements.

· English is a must.
