La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Lead Bartender who can bring craft, personality, and precision to the bar — and set the standard for the team around them.
You'll be responsible for delivering LPM's beverage program at the highest level, from classic techniques to guest-facing storytelling about our cocktails and spirits. This is a bar that guests will remember.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Prepare and serve beverages to LPM's standards, engaging guests along the way
Set the standard for consistency and execution behind the bar during service
Share technique and product knowledge with the bar team
Maintain an organized, clean bar throughout service
Recommend signature cocktails and explain the LPM concept to new guests
Handle POS and cash operations accurately
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years in F&B (bar, sommelier, or food service background)
At least 2 years in a high-end restaurant and 2 years in a high-volume cocktail bar
Strong mixology knowledge and genuine passion for the craft
