What will you do:
- Assist the Head Chef in recipe development and food preparation.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, ensuring the execution of dishes to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock control.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and hygiene standards
- Contribute to the development of seasonal specials.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Adapt to a fast-paced and high-pressure kitchen environment.
What you need:
- Proven experience at least as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or high-end restaurant.
- A culinary degree or relevant culinary certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and culinary techniques.
- Creativity and passion for food, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a team and support a positive kitchen culture.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
