What will you do:
- To ensure that the best LPM experience is delivered to all guests entering the restaurant till their departure.
- As the first point of guest for the guest entering the restaurant, you have the responsibility to represent the restaurant image to them.
- To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
- To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
What you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in the hospitality industry and being familiar with the local hospitality scene
- Previous experience as hostess/events/cabin crew (airlines)/ luxury retail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- English – fluent oral and written
- Attention to details, speed and accuracy
