What will you do:
- Supervise pastry kitchen operations in the absence of the Pastry Sous Chef.
- Ensure all sections of the pastry kitchen run smoothly and efficiently.
- Taste and review all daily mise-en-place to uphold LPMβs high standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Adapt to flexible working hours and occasional travel for business purposes.
What you need:
- Proven experience as a Jr. Pastry Sous Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating exquisite dishes
- Leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques
- Food safety certification and relevant culinary qualifications
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
