What will you do:

• Support the bar team in crafting exceptional beverages with precision and care
• Engage with guests warmly and professionally, contributing to a memorable experience
• Ensure the bar remains clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain LPM’s high service standards
• Show curiosity and commitment to growing your product knowledge and bartending skills

What You Need:

• 1–2 years of experience in food and beverage, ideally in a premium restaurant or cocktail bar
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy
• A team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills
