📌 Your Role

As a Junior Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of LPM Mykonos by managing transactions, invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

💰 Accounting & Transactions Management

• Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage payments and billing, maintaining timely financial records.
  

📑 Reconciliation & Financial Reporting

• Handle supplier communication and account reconciliations.
• Work closely with external accountants to ensure smooth financial reporting.
  

🔍 Daily Accounting Operations

• Oversee day-to-day accounting duties, supporting overall financial health.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to streamline processes and maintain compliance.

🎯 What You’ll Need

📌 Experience & Education

• 3-5 years of experience in a relevant accounting role.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Economics.
  

📌 Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Greek GAAP and tax regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).
• Experience with restaurant operational systems (Micros) and Oracle systems (SUN, Material Control) is a plus.
  

📌 Language & Soft Skills

• Fluent in English (Greek is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
