Your Role:


The General Manager will be instrumental in boosting brand visibility, attracting new clientele, and driving revenue growth for LPM in Mykonos. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including marketing, communication, and social media management.


What You’ll Do:


As the General Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the restaurant and bar
  • Maintaining the highest standards of service, quality, and cleanliness
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring the team to achieve excellence
  • Implementing and adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Managing budgets, financial reports, and cost-control measures
  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Building and nurturing positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders


What You’ll Need:


  • Proven experience as a General Manager in the hospitality industry, ideally in upscale dining or similar environments, specifically in the Mykonos market. 🌊
  • Strong leadership and communication skills 🌟
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
  • Solid understanding of financial management and profitability 📊
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus 🗣️
