We are now looking for a Floor Supervisor who embodies that same spirit — someone who leads from the floor, thrives on creating memorable guest experiences, and understands that exceptional service lies in the smallest details.
The Role
As Floor Supervisor, you are the rhythm of the restaurant.
You’ll guide the team through service with confidence and warmth, ensuring every guest interaction feels natural, personal, and memorable. You’ll set the tone, anticipate needs before they arise, and bring calm leadership to a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
This is a hands-on role for someone who loves being on the floor — present, visible, and inspiring others by example.
What you’ll be doing
Leading and orchestrating seamless service each shift
Coaching and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver excellence
Building genuine connections with guests and creating lasting impressions
Upholding LPM’s standards, elegance, and hospitality
Supporting training, development, and team growth
Working closely with management and kitchen teams to ensure flawless execution
Who you are
An experienced hospitality professional with supervisory or senior floor experience in a premium or luxury restaurant
A natural host with charisma, warmth, and emotional intelligence
