What will you do:

• Deliver outstanding guest experiences in line with LPM standards, building strong guest relationships.

• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction; anticipate and handle complaints proactively.

• Mentor your team, supporting them in providing excellent service and growing their skills.

• Maintain strong knowledge of LPM’s food and beverage offerings; share this with the team.

• Ensure smooth operations by being flexible and adapting to changes; promote clear communication across departments.

• Complete administrative duties that support daily operations and overall development.

What you need:

• Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)

• Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.

• Guest service skills (complaints handling, guest relations)

• English – excellent oral and written

• Administrative and back office handling
