We are looking for a Floor Manager to own that.
You coordinate the team, own the guest experience, and make sure every shift runs smoothly - from the first cover to the last goodbye.
1-2 years in a supervisory or front-of-house managerial role in a premium or high-volume restaurant.
English is a must. French or another European language, or Arabic even better.
Guest Satisfaction: You set the standard for how guests are treated by handling concerns calmly, turning every situation around, and following up on feedback without being asked.
Mentoring & Leadership: You lead by example. You brief, train, and motivate your team daily. You keep energy high, standards consistent, and people growing.
Product Knowledge: You know the menu, the drinks, and the story behind what we serve and you make sure your team does too.
Restaurant Operations: You oversee the full floor - coordinating with kitchen and bar, managing service flow, and keeping everything running on time and on brand.
Execute High Standards: Mise en place, table settings, cleanliness, shift planning, brand presentation: nothing gets past you before the first guest walks in.
Adaptability & Problem Solving: Things move fast. You stay calm, find solutions before issues become problems, and know when to act and when to escalate.
