LPM Restaurant & Bar is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Miami! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love crunching numbers, and want to be part of a world-class dining experience, this role is for you.


In Short, your mission is to:

  • Maintain accurate records for daily transactions (purchases, sales, petty cash).
  • Manage online cash-up reports and ensure accurate cover counts.
  • Collaborate with teams for purchase pricing and stock takes.
  • Communicate with accounting service providers regarding invoices.
  • Process monthly utility bills and manage intercompany cross charges timely.
  • Review and coordinate payroll submissions and gratuities in line with regulations.
  • Ensure quality deliverables from third-party accounting services.
  • Assist in finalizing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement with the General Manager.


Essentials:

  • A detail-oriented pro with finance or admin experience (hospitality is a plus!).
  • Ideally an experience in high-end restaurants, finance, and operations with strong organizational and analytical skills; fluent in English; attention to detail; self-motivated;
  • Advanced Excel skills and a love for problem-solving. TISSL POS knowledge is a plus.
  • A team player who’s as passionate about numbers as they are about great service.
