LPM Restaurant & Bar is looking for a Finance Administrator to join our dynamic team in Miami! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love crunching numbers, and want to be part of a world-class dining experience, this role is for you.
In Short, your mission is to:
- Maintain accurate records for daily transactions (purchases, sales, petty cash).
- Manage online cash-up reports and ensure accurate cover counts.
- Collaborate with teams for purchase pricing and stock takes.
- Communicate with accounting service providers regarding invoices.
- Process monthly utility bills and manage intercompany cross charges timely.
- Review and coordinate payroll submissions and gratuities in line with regulations.
- Ensure quality deliverables from third-party accounting services.
- Assist in finalizing the Profit & Loss (P&L) statement with the General Manager.
Essentials:
- A detail-oriented pro with finance or admin experience (hospitality is a plus!).
- Ideally an experience in high-end restaurants, finance, and operations with strong organizational and analytical skills; fluent in English; attention to detail; self-motivated;
- Advanced Excel skills and a love for problem-solving. TISSL POS knowledge is a plus.
