Your Role:
Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.
Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes meet our renowned standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Collaborate with your team to streamline kitchen operations and optimize efficiency.
Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.
Contribute creative ideas to menu development and innovation.
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
What You’ll Need:
Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.
A culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).
A strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
