Your Role:

  • Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items under the guidance of senior chefs.

  • ‍Ensure the quality, freshness, and presentation of all dishes meet our renowned standards.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.

  • Collaborate with your team to streamline kitchen operations and optimize efficiency.

  • Strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols at all times.

  • Contribute creative ideas to menu development and innovation.

  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a high-volume kitchen environment.

  • A culinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).

  • A strong passion for food and a desire to learn and grow in the culinary field.

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
