The Role

As Commis Runner, you keep food moving from kitchen to table. You support the floor team by running dishes, clearing and resetting tables, and keeping service flowing smoothly. It is a great entry point to build your career with LPM.

What you'll do

• Run food from the kitchen to the table quickly and safely

• Clear and reset tables between courses

• Support waiters and the floor team during service

• Keep service areas stocked, clean and organised

• Help with setup and breakdown before and after service

• Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times

What you need

• Experience in hospitality is a plus

• Fast, reliable and comfortable on your feet during busy shifts

• A team player who jumps in where needed

• Tidy and organised

• English knowledge
