Your Role:
- Deliver food dishes and beverages to guests, ensuring correct announcements for each item. 🍽️
- Handle bread service and support the Chef De Rang (CDR) with table maintenance duties.
- Collaborate with the floor team to ensure seamless and efficient service flow.
- Uphold LPM standards and embody the LPM spirit in every guest interaction.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and share your insights with the team.
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry, preferably in a similar position.
- Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written).
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy, with strong organisational and time management skills.
- Be entitled to participate in the Hong Kong Working Holidays Program Scheme
