What will you do:

• Prepare mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service in our kitchen.

• Assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes to LPM’s exceptional standards. 🍽️

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.

• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards.

• Continuously develop your culinary skills and share knowledge with the team.

What you need:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.

• Basic knife skills and recipe knowledge.

• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for cooking. 💡
