What will you do:
Prepare mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service in our kitchen.
Assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes to LPM’s exceptional standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards.
Continuously develop your culinary skills and share knowledge with the team.
What you need:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.
Basic knife skills and recipe knowledge.
Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for cooking.
