What You Will Do

• Prepare mise-en-place to ensure smooth operations during service in our Mykonos kitchen. 🍋
• Assist the Chef de Partie in cooking and plating dishes to LPM’s exceptional standards. 🍽️
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment. 🛡️
• Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences. 🤝
• Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and organizational standards. ✅
• Continuously develop your culinary skills and share knowledge with the team. 📚

What You Need

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a high-end kitchen.
• Basic knife skills and recipe knowledge. 🔪
• Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices. 🛡️
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. 🌍
• A positive attitude, teamwork skills, and a passion for cooking. 💡
