What you will do:
- Deliver high-quality service to ensure a memorable dining experience for our guests.
- Oversee a specific section of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback with professionalism.
- Train and mentor junior staff members to uphold service excellence.
What you need:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high-end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of French and Mediterranean cuisine.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence.
