What will you do:
To always perform as per LPM steps and standards of service, ensuring to explain LPM concept to all guests.
To have an extensive knowledge of LPM products (both on food and beverages) allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions.
To propose signature dishes and maintain your tables clean.
To provide the best guest experience to all, according to LPM standards, while interacting with them and showing your personality.
To handle all guest complaints in a positive and friendly manner and to report to your supervisor if escalated.
What you need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 2 year)
Previous experience in a similar position (min 2 year)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
English – fluent oral and written
Attention to details, speed and accuracy
