What will you do:
- To oversee the Commis team, allocating their duties in the most effective way.
- To be the connection between the kitchen and the floor, sending out dishes to the correct table in a timely manner.
- To support the Head Chef in assembling the orders, properly giving the dishes to the commis team with appropriate dish announcements.
- To have an extensive knowledge of LPM food products allowing to attend every guest's needs and questions
- Adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards in the pass area to prevent cross-contamination and maintain food safety.
What you need:
- Previous experience in hospitality/F&B industry (min 1 year)
- Previous experience in a similar position (min 1 year)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
- Organizational and time management

- Hygiene and safety knowledge
