What will you do:
To maintain precision in the food preparation and presentation, adhering to the established quality and hygiene standards.
To maintain a clean and organised workplace, following food safety guidelines and consistently implementing practices that ensure a safe and healthy culinary environment.
To know how to manage and work several sections within the kitchen and train people in all of them.
To be able to train all other chefs in organisation and section requirements.
To ensure smooth workflow and operations during service.
What You’ll Need:
Culinary Arts School Certificate
Previous experience in restaurants specialising in French/Mediterranean cuisine
Minimum 3 years of experience in the culinary field
Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
