What will you do:

  • To maintain precision in the food preparation and presentation, adhering to the established quality and hygiene standards.

  • To maintain a clean and organised workplace, following food safety guidelines and consistently implementing practices that ensure a safe and healthy culinary environment.

  • To know how to manage and work several sections within the kitchen and train people in all of them.

  • To be able to train all other chefs in organisation and section requirements.

  • To ensure smooth workflow and operations during service.

What You’ll Need:

  • Culinary Arts School Certificate

  • Previous experience in restaurants specialising in French/Mediterranean cuisine

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the culinary field

  • Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
