We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Cashier to join the opening team of Le Café LPM.

As a key member of our front-of-house operation, you will contribute to maintaining a smooth, organised, and high-performing service environment while delivering precise and professional transaction management.


The Role

As our Cashier, you will manage transactions with precision while contributing to a welcoming and organised front-of-house environment. You will support both dine-in and takeaway operations, ensuring a smooth and balanced service flow throughout the day.


Your Profile

Experience & Mindset

  • Previous cashier or guest-facing experience is preferred.

  • Experience with modern POS systems, payment terminals, and order management platforms is strongly valued.

  • A genuine passion for people, positive attitude, curiosity, and warmth are considered strong assets.


Guest Experience

  • You serve as one of the key touchpoints of the Le Café LPM experience, creating an atmosphere that feels welcoming, elegant, and energetic.

  • You confidently support guests with menu knowledge, takeaway selections, and product recommendations.

  • You work collaboratively with service teams to ensure seamless guest journeys from arrival to departure.


Transaction Management & Accuracy

  • You ensure full accuracy in processing orders, payments, refunds, discounts, and end-of-day reconciliation.

  • You handle cash, card, digital payments, and vouchers in line with company standards, financial controls, and UAE regulatory requirements.

  • You monitor order flow and ticket accuracy, coordinating closely with the team to guarantee smooth service execution.

  • You maintain cashier stations, printers, and payment devices in a clean, organised, and fully operational condition.


Operational Excellence & Coordination

  • You follow all SOPs related to hygiene, safety, payment handling, and guest communication.

  • You ensure menus, takeaway displays, and counters remain updated, attractive, and aligned with daily operational needs.

  • You assist in managing queues, directing guests efficiently, and maintaining balance between dine-in and takeaway channels.

  • You provide accurate information regarding products, allergens, and recommendations when required.


What We Offer

Compensation

Basic Salary: 3,000 AED per month
Housing & Transportation Allowance: 1,800 AED per month
