The Role

As Outlet Manager for our beach operation, you run service on the sand and the terrace. It is a more relaxed rhythm than the dining room, but the standards are exactly the same. You lead the team, own the guest experience, and keep the beach side of the restaurant running beautifully.

What you'll do

• Manage daily operations across the beach and terrace

• Lead, train and motivate the beach service team

• Own the guest experience from arrival to farewell

• Support revenue, covers and cost control

• Handle feedback and escalations

• Keep LPM standards and safety in place outdoors

What you need

• Management experience in a premium restaurant, beach venue or luxury hospitality

• Strong leadership and people skills

• Comfortable running an outdoor operation

• Calm, warm and hands on

• Fluent English
