The Role

As Bartender, you make the drinks and look after the guests sitting in front of you. You work with speed and care, and you help make the bar one of the best places in the restaurant.

What you'll do

• Prepare cocktails and drinks to recipe and standard

• Look after guests at the bar

• Set up, stock and close the bar properly

• Keep the bar clean and well presented

• Handle transactions accurately

• Support the team during busy service

What you need

• Bartending experience in a bar, restaurant or hotel

• Good cocktail and drinks knowledge

• Warm and confident with guests

• Fast and reliable when it is busy

• Fluent English
