Your Role
As a Bartender, you will:

Craft exceptional beverages with precision and creativity, showcasing your mixology expertise.

Maintain a spotless and inviting bar environment, ensuring every detail meets LPM standards.

Collaborate with team members to uphold LPM’s high service standards.

Share your extensive product knowledge with the team to enhance their expertise.
What You Need

Minimum 4 years of experience in F&B, with at least:

2 years in a high-end restaurant.

2 years in a high-volume cocktail bar.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written). 🗣️

A natural attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.

Strong skills in organization, time management, and stress handling.

Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
