What will you do:
- Become the inspirational guide for your team, helping them excel and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Interact with our customers, show your personality and make sure they have a memorable time.
- Stay up to date with hospitality trends and participate in the bar community and bartending competitions.
- Become an expert on LPM products, from food to beverages, and share your knowledge with the team.
What you need:
- At least 4 years' F&B experience, including 8 years in a high-end restaurant and/or in a busy cocktail bar.
- Attention to Detail, Speed, and Precision Skills.
- Organization and Time Management Skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
